99 7.3 F350 exhaust smell low boost.

I've noticed I'm picking up a diesel smell in the truck through the fan and hardcore smell at high idle. My boost seems low around 5psi. Back pressure is at around 37psi... Seems like something is wrong am I right in my assumption? Armed Gunman

Lift kit Q's

So this is my first diesel, 1st dually, 1st big truck..... I was told by the PO that it had airbags in the back for load leveling. Do these bags need to come out if I add a lift kit? It's. 99 4x2 dually. I'm looking to go 3"-6". Armed Gunman

Fusing..... What to fuse too..
