    vgt default position.

    So I read that the vgt is pulse width modulated. Is this correct? Default position with the actuator unplugged is vanes open. (would be a dog on the bottom end). Is this correct? If you applied a constant 12 volts for 10 seconds or so at idle, would the vanes fully close?
