    Honey Badger Jr

I already posted this 3 years ago to deaf ears at the time because the HBJR was the "hottest" thing on the market. They took an adrenaline and stealth and copied parts from each. Exact COPYS. Ridiculous if you ask me if much rather spend my money with the companies that actually put in the R&D...

    Wiring issue

Okay guys I have a 6.0 in my shop that I need some advice on. Truck is a early 04 Background- truck had 205/100s and barder 71 now has stock both. The issue was the same in both scenarios. Issue- at idle the motor sounds like timing is off and it's loading up on fuel. Bring the rpms up and...

Cgi blocks are not all they are cracked up to be. Ask Ben Miller how they split just like a factory block. Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

Tarm thank you for showing these guys the math and calculations necessary to truly understand these injectors and injection systems. (I would never write all that out) Fwiw track times put my truck over 1000hp on fuel. I was to the end of my oil capabilities with a gen 3 and the injectors I was...

What became the conclusion of 7.3 cams?

I've got a couple grinds that work very well. For example powerstrokers truck. You don't need to do a back to back comparison with stock to see they work. Simply look at the specs on these stock 7.3 cams they choke the motor. There is huge room for power potential from cams. They are...

    Another T4 thread

I'm still around just to busy to get on the forums any more. Honestly I was tired of all the negativity so I just kept to myself. The red truck yall all know went 6.97@101 on fuel and 6.67@105 on a single .080 jet still never been on a dyno so yall can take that for what it is. Truck weighs...

Dana 80 swap vs Repairing 10.25 Sterling..

If overall robustness and reliability is what your after then go Dana 80. I went through 3 10.5s before going 80 in my truck and have yet to have any issues. Granted I also went full locker, welded tubes, girdle cover, chromoly axle shafts, and treated gears, and billet 1480 yoke. The Dana 80 is...

If it's a stuck valve in the accumulator body why will it operate when shifted manually? Doesn't the accumulator body still govern the pressure to the apply piston? Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

    E4OD Issues

Installed a built trans from a trans shop i use regularly and have never had any issue. The issue that i am having is it will not make the 1-2 shift in Drive. All other shifts are fine but will not make the 1-2 you must rev out in 1st and lift and let it shift straight to 3rd. However if you use...

    BTS Trans autopsy..

Iv ran a bts for 5 years or so now. It has been back one time to be updated. Has 100s of 7 sec passes and several 6 sec passes. I am probably as hard on a trans as you can be drag race, sled pull, and beat on the street in a ccsb truck. Hasnt missed a beat besides a broken OD sprag Sent from...

    7.3 HEUI nozzles

I have to disagree. Not necessarily the number of holes but the spray angle is a big factor depending on your rpms, piston bowl design, quench, etc Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk

school me on block fill and fire rings!

The process is very easy just takes attention to detail. 1. With a bare block on a engine stand tape off the deck surface, front and at the oil cooler completely. Then cut out for the water passages. 2. I use 3/4 in poly hose and route water passages to the water pump holes on the front and...

    Low ICP at WOT

An update on the truck I was working on. It is currently running a stock hpop that holds better icp than the thumper 1. With the tune that is on the truck now its running about 2.6 ms of PW and holding 3.5-3.6v of icp which imo seems pretty good for stock pump with that much pw. I have tunes...

    Low ICP at WOT

Yes that was high imo too. I have some tunes to try now that are 1.3, 1.5, 2.0. The stock pump held better icp than the thumper 1. The part that pisses me off is this pump was sent back to RCD and "tested" less than 100 miles ago and j was charged to do so. I will have some more updates when I...
