Ok a buddy of mine has an 08 w/spartan. While he was changing tunes he says he "accidentally shut off the tuner" now it wont communicate with the truck. Wont load stock or any tunes. Wont pull any codes either, not communicating... Is the PCM fried or could it be a blown fuse???? Any help...
