Hi,
It still has not shipped... Ford put a note on the part number on 10/31/22 that says "
26pcs expected to arrive at packager" So at least it is in the works...

Do you have a diagram showing the location (and components) of the transmission cooler on a 2020+ F250 Tremor? I am thinking of installing a winch behind the front bumper of my 2019 but my cooler is in the way. Looking into a possible relocation using Tremor components.

Can you get me the price on the cooler? I might be able to use that, and then plumb my existing coolant lines to it. Is 18495 just a bracket, or is there some other function since the lines go through that?
The workshop manual is calling it a coolant control valve...

your cost on the cooler is $132.00 and the valve is $67.65, but since it is controlled by the PCM it would not function...

Interesting.... So it appears that is just a warmer, and not a cooler? So these do not actually have a cooler on them? (unless it re-opens if the trans starts getting hot?) On my 2019 it appears there is a thermostat of sorts at one end of the cooler/warmer that is near the front cross member, is this a similar setup but not controlled by the PCM? If so, this whole issue may be simpler than it appears.

From what i am getting, the cooler is sometimes a cooler and sometimes a warmer?

That is what I would kinda suspect. I know these transmissions run hotter than previous with a stand alone cooler. On these, as the engine heats up, so does the trans. Good for warming it up, but bad when towing as it can get pretty toasty in the mountains. Can you look at the 2019 and confirm it just has a thermostat of sorts in the hose right at the cooler (not PCM controlled)? If so, I may be able to swap to the newer cooler, run my existing lines with thermostat back to that cooler. That would effectively make it all work the same as it currently does, just in a different location. I appreciate all of the info you have provided!

Yep, it looks like there is a thermostat used on the 6r140 trans for the diesel...

Hi, looking for a thermostat and housing gasket for a 2011 Town Car. Looks to be RT1254 but wasn't fully positive that includes the thermostat housing gasket.
