LMAO. nope I just did the math.

After this paint job on the Ole 7.3 including almost every service, tires, tint, etc... I'll have just about $27k into the truck INCLUDING the $11,400 purchase price 10nyears ago...
Oh I thought you had more than just the 7.3 for some reason. Welp, my bad. I tried lol.

I'm fortunate to be able to purchase trucks for our company that I can drive for myself. If I had to do this on personal income, I wouldn't have these kinds of trucks more than likely.

Yeah I'm blessed. We will see how these new 10 speeds do. We have a 2020 Regular cab XL with the 6.7/10 speed and 2 - 2021 CCLB F450s with 6.7/10 speeds and so far so good on all 3 for the first 20k miles.

I'm anxious to see these new big touch screen dashes. I'm wondering how they'll compare to dodge ram cummins trucks

Dang. Beautiful. Except I see they kept the absolutely disgusting cheapo steering wheel buttons...

Well idk about the Op but for me. I bought my 17 Lariat dually for $65k had it for 4 years and 70k miles and they said there giving me $55k so for me it's a no brainer to get a new truck.

I hate to admit it but I'm tempted to trade my 17 in on a 20 either 7.3 or 6.7 as long as it's a CCLB. The trade in value is about what I paid for it right now.

Uggh. Stop that. Made me think about it…..

Ordered a 2022 F350 CCLB lariat ultimate for work about 2 weeks ago. The broker said about 30 weeks to deliver. I hope your 8-10 is a bit closer.

30 is probably accurate

At 30 weeks, we'll be in 2022, might as well call em 2023 models lol...

Looking at what I just paid this past weekend for our 17 KR 350 DRW, it's interesting to see that the value only dropped about 10k from original sticker price (@ 56k miles), and then look at its sticker compared to the sticker of a 2021 I looked at a few months ago, they've gone up about 9k for the same truck.

The reality is I dont think any of these dealers have a freaking clue at all when these trucks will actually show up. I just hope I get a build date on mine soon.

Tyler B at NCD told me his build starts here later this month and he ordered May 29th ish I think. So about 8 weeks to get it to the build process and another 4 to get it in his hands. So about 11-12 weeks overall.

You bought a truck at the worst possible time. I can sell my 14 f150 for what I bought it for 3 years ago, probably more for a private sale.

Partially, also had to take advantage of a tax situation while I could, and the tax advantage for us still more than makes up for the difference from current markup

As long as it works out for you, that’s great. I couldn’t imagine being a regular guy or start up business trying to get a truck right now. Local lots, here at least, have nothing. Yours is a nice truck though.
