450 keeps showing a wrench on the info panel

I used the spartan DD to clear the codes, and it goes away, but comes right back on...

4 DTCs
P0405-EGR SENSOR A CIRCUIT LOW
P0488-EGR THROTTLE CONTROL CIRCUIT A RANGE/PERFORMANCE
P1000-OBD SYSTEMS READINESS TEST NOT COMPLETE
P1335-EGR POSITION SENSOR MINIMUM/MAXIMUM STOP PERFORMANCE

EGR has been deleted...

I clear them, and they come back on in 5 seconds... had 275 EL loaded, Loaded a lower tune to make sure that Tony's trans didnt get trashed, so I loaded up the 210, then wrench lights started showing, I loaded different tune, then another, then returned to stock then back to 250 EL.... Same results...

Truck still drives fine, at the new power levels, No issues...

Any Ideas?

I could be wrong but I do believe only the 275 and higher tunes have the EGR disabled...

Hmmmm... Didnt think about that... Ill go try to load the 275 back up...

275 loaded back up, now wont start... Charger is hooked up... we shall see

I talked to Jeff. There is a 210 TP tune, but must be downloaded... Ill do that tomorrow. But gotta get the truck fired up...

Check codes again and make sure there are no e exhaust sensors throwing codes

You need different tunes for the EGR being totally removed don't you?

Even though disabled the PCM will still look for the hardware.

The 275 and 310 should be totally removed tuning, not just disabled

Yeah, the wrench is gone, but I need to jump start it now, and I dont have anyone around... LOL I'll leave the charger on it and try in the morning.

I had the same issue. Only the higher tunes will work. Try 275 and up. Only the newest update had egr removed 210 tunes.

All is well. Starts fine, 275 tune loaded up. No codes, no wrenches. Ill just drive like a puss till Aaron gets my trans and TC ready for install.

So the 210 TP tune will work with the egr deleted? I just went through the same thing you did, I have the TP tune but didn't try it. Ended up loading the 275 back up.
