Cut the old one out and bolt the new 2 piece pan back in without messing around removing the motor!

I like the drain pointing down, I might have to pick one up. Does it come with everything needed to install or do I need to get some gaskets or screws?

That's more likely due to the increased heat dissipation of aluminum vs plastic.
