afe big boost?

Well I've been thinking of doing a custom intake using the big boost filter from afe. Its basically a 6637 but rated at 850 cfm. My question is will this be enough air flow? I'm pretty sure it will being s&b only rates at 563? Any info helps.

As long as the intake you build is not restrictive it should work. I built my intake it does the trick. I used 4" piping and an AFE filter. I don't recall the part number but everything works.

Its going to be as free flowing as possible, only restriction will be the reduce to the inlet
