It seems that 8" with 37's seem to be about the max or norm, that everyones using. I'm talkin bout 10-12-14"? Custom, I mean Traction/Ladder bars, front crossover steering setup. Is anyone trying to be innovative, create their own or just out of the box? Actually, anything custom is nice to see. I just associate it with larger lifts because u have to get creative to make something different.

I'll post the opposite. Mine is actually lowered from stock right now, lol (5.4 springs, no rear block), but is a little custom:

our trucks have crossover steering from the factory

not much reason to go outside of the box when people like trevor at PMF and OUO will sell you all the components to do big lifts

kelderman air bag stuff isn't even "custom" but is not the norm

Hey THETANK01, how you like your lift? Did my research and wanted one of OUO's setup. Tried to order one bout a year ago, but they told me they're only taking list of names for now and a year later still haven't heard from them! Can't say I new that ICON went higher than 8". Couldn't wait, so just went with Fabtech and some spacers. Gotta say thou its an awesome, comfortable ride, just wish a few inches taller! Gotta any pics?

Im thinking that an OUO 525 series lift would be awesome on that truck. Better get your name on the list if your ready :)

Best ride you'll ever find in a lifted truck, Layson's truck sold me on it.

It rides like a tank lol. Icon now has the kit for around $4k without shocks. Much cheaper than when mine was purchased.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1372259302.678681.jpg Yea his dumba$$ friend ran into it on a 4 wheeler. I don't know how or why he doesn't take better care of it. The driver side a pillar grip is ripped off, the last time I rode in it the check coolant light was on as was something else. He let some friends take it out one Friday night and they were at Woodlawn HS, while he was at Parkview. The rear fender flares are cracked from hitting the tires, and he broke the drive shaft. Oh and he hit a tree with it, but it didn't do much damage apparently.

This is why we (young folks) can't have nice things…
