The only difference I see is the 6.4 has two weights vs one weight on the 6.0. But I believe it is because the 6.0 weight would not fit between the bolt holes on the 6.4 plate because of the 2 extra holes.

We have billet versions of both, they have different cutouts hence different amts of material removed to be balanced the same as factory. It doesn't make a difference to me what you do. I was just trying to clear up any confusion.

I ran a 6.0 converter / FP combo on mine and there was a noticeable vibration at idle. Ended up pulling it out and putting the 6.4 stuff back in. But the 6.0 stall did seem to work better for the single from what I noticed.

Have you guys ever noticed any difference in the cooler lines? The 6.4s don't have that external filter like the 6.0 does right?,

Some early model 2008 Job 1's did, it was only like a 6 month run that had them. Mine was one of them, I just swapped the lines out for the Job 2/3 style and did the internal filter. The external 6.4 Filter is a lot more of a PITA to change and requires a special tool and its almost 200 from Ford. Its not the same as the 6.0 one though.
