I keep blowing the boot off on my hot side pipe right in front of the turbo. Hit about 45 ish psi and BOOSH! Ive got boots from the diesel site along with heavy duty T bolt clamps. Everything g is super tight. Any ideas would help. Thanks.

Clean both the boot and the pipe with brake cleaner and spray some hairspray on the mating surfaces before re installing. It's always worked for me.

So my problem is normal, even with the aftermarket boots and clamps? My buddies truck is stock with an S&B, exhaust and HD300. He hits 45 psi and never has a problem blowing stock boots and clamps so Idk...

Blowing boots is normal, but unless you clean the pipes/boots really well and tighten the clamps down hard, it will keep happening. If you haven't rerouted your ccv, I would suggest doing so. That will help keep oil out of your pipes.

Once it blows off it can be aggrevating getting it to seal back until you do what 89xj recommended

I'll try cleaning it and see what happens. Might even try the hair spray to. CCV done.

If you are blowing the boot off the pipe I doubt you will get it to hold again.
If you look at the pipe, it has an inset and the boot has the outset. I bet you assholed it. I have.
What worked for me is take an old boot that has the wire rings on it and cut one off.
Put this ring in the inet of the pipe. Put the pipe clamp on it and tight it down.
It has worked for me. 50+ PSI. Make sure the surfaces are clean. I use either brake kleen or dish soap with a scoth brite pad.
