So we will have to pull my trans to put the cryo'ed one in, then remove mine and install it in yours...

Should be easy. I'll drop the truck off for you Nick... LOL

The noise is gone... well kinda... now kts just when it feels like it instead of all the time... wtf. Sounds like yoy don't have one joe...

Check to make sure the bolts are not working their way out of the flexplate... it will rattle like that if it is loosening up.

Either way trans is coming out.. if the bolts are backing out the plate is gonna be hammered and the bolts soo gonna need a plate one way or another.

Find the problem, then address it and fix it.

not assume the problem, buy crap that might be the problem, then try and fix the problem only to find out the thing you thought was the problem is not the problem and you have just pissed away a few hundred and hours of time for no good.

Well its alive again!
It only took a few light taps from a hammer to pop the center out.. good thing for the ring under the bolts.. only thing that kept it together.
