changing LPFP??

How hard is it to change the LPFP. What all do I have to do. Just unplug it and unbolt the 3 bolts, pull it out and replace. Does it need to line up some how inside. Will diesel spill out. And is there a filter inside the water separator too that I need to replace.

I have another thread on this but believing it's the pump now. It reads .80 ohms with ohm meter on 20k if that's right?
