Still waiting on cam and heads, also 4x4 jamboree!! This weekend, so even the guys working on the truck showed up!! good time, hopefully cam is there waiting so that can go in ,then guy who was going to do heads will be back in town so should start coming together!!

:thumbsup:I know that some of you guys run HUGE nozzles, but to me 30% nozzles aka 110hp nozzles are pretty big I thought for just the batmowheels and a few other changes. I REALLY hope this works well and puts out some good numbers for you. Let us know how egts are as well on a big tune. Good luck with the build.
Show was great (4x4 jamboree), Bigfoot Made the world record jump , 214' and some " 's ,
I really think ill stay H&S for Now ,till we get things worked out , craig mentioned running a tune lower with the 30% nozzles, so may try that route , and increase power as we know it can handle it , or possibly have Kem do a tune for me , With all the mods , i believe they have a shop now in chicago which means i can go to him , really all the money im spending its just a couple xtra bucks , if i know it would Help i would diffenitly not think twice about it !!
, Also Having to put in the back of my head is getting ready for a Trans In the very near future :doh: so all my coin will be saving for that !!! Will hopefully update some pics tomorrow with alittle progress !!

Okay Guys heres a little update ,since the shop made the move i had some time to do some other things to the build -turbos (APEX) ,fuel (DR.DIESEL), I took out batmowheels and sold them (lost my azz), I decided to send my turbos in for rebuild and upgrade!!! 71mm/59mm , billet low side ,titanium hp side

next up change out nozzles to 30% , waiting on dual fueller kit anyday , and need an alternator , all parts will be taken to the shop by begining of next week !! Only down fall to doing these other items was i lost a couple places in line ,but was or i hope will be well worth the wait !! And was told my truck is priority :thumbup:

Looks good. We have a very similar build except ill have more fuel. Who's up pipes are you using?

Thanks man ,up pipes are being custom made here in the shop so im anxiuous to see how they turn out ,They are being build off my mpd exhuast manifold hes going to weld my wastegate flang farther down and out of the way of heat and just dump into atmosphere ? so a bit of time and work will go into this im sure , otherwise i would have craig (mpd) make a set ,
These were done by Apexboost.com ,ask for JJ , out of cali ,They offer a 71/55 billet set , and i kind of had the opertunity to try this beast out a set of the 71/59 ! super happy with the service from start to beginning , the polishing was the longest as that can take up to 2 weeks , the rebuild was only 3-4 days

Are those turbos not the industrial Turbos? I understand the hp wheel maybe being different , just thought all those guys did was sell industrial stuff.
No Industrial turbo here , Tried that route also no luck ,so decided to send my own unit in for rebuild , they may sell some II stuff but mostly borg warner ,garrett etc, Not sure wheel size?type for II hp (57,58/cast wheel) I think they are just running a 58mm ,Apex has a set they stock 71mm/55mm billet wheels , but in talks went with a bigger 59 ,only cost to me was the upgraded titanium wheel !!
I did have the wheel size/type changed in my set up to 59mm with borg warners new Titanium aloide wheel !!!
I think they are in your neck of the woods , Give him a call JJ , ive been really happy so far ,but will see how it goes when they get installed
they did there own machineing but did send out my turbo housings to get polished

Looking good Frank, I think you will be happy with the upgraded turbos. Be interesting to see how they perform.
Cool , I am happy with the polishing it turned out great , orginally said 1-2 weeks turn around and it was about a week and a half , and for the money awesome place!! Great bang for the buck , and will get you an email very soon ,once i iron out my hpfp and alternator problem , the air intake is killer and next on the list to do !!
Thanks appreciate it !! I was happy with the stock set up and doing the batmos but had the time and cab is off so ,when in rome ,do as the romans do , Lol !! I hope there is not to many issues once we get it all together and all issues get ironed out quick , so i can enjoy them!!
Yeap , you should have saw my face !! My build went from mild to wild :evil in 2 months or less!!
