I think at idle there is just too much flow from the pumps and not enough needed since idle should be similar to stock

and extra steel line creating harmonics a that flow level ? my silver truck is minimal at worst.

i know the harmonics exist otherwise, i could hear it with a modded pump and stock lines, its just not pronounced like dual fuelers.

I had the humming line when I had ported rails, Is that similar to what ya'll are hearing?
I have the DD dual fueler and it is very quiet, sounds like stock other than belt squeak when I shut it off. Sounds like a cummins at shutdown.

Most of the vibration could be caused by lines on a bind. Every twin pump kit I've done so far has been quiet as stock until Erik's. That had a horrible hum at idle. As it turns out, the line was overtorqued, and a bit twisted. I just replaced it, being extra careful on the torque, and it went away completely. I just used assy lube where the nut meets the end of the line, to eliminate, or at least minimize line twisting while tightening .If you could get some anti-seize in there, without contaminating the fuel system, I'm sure that would help too. Pillow clamps like Haller used are also a great help. Good luck.

Well...I covered the line with FatMat sound deadening material and did a temp zip tie from the line to the i/c pipe and the noise is totally gone...I'll take a pic later but no more rattle or loud hum from the line at all.
