Anyone try using the coolant lines off the EGR as a source to run your coolant filtration setup?
It seems like it would be an ideal place to get your coolant flow, filter then return to the upper EGR coolant port on the top/front of the block.
I was thinking use block off plates or a full egr delete depending on your off-road desires. Then instead of plugging the block just use the present coolant flow for the EGR as your filtration supply/return.
The coolant flow diagram is on page 2-3 of the 6.4 coolant library in the tech section.
Any experience on this or why it wouldn't work???
