Damn, those 20x10 Novakanes I've been seeing here are certainly starting to make my Rock Star 2's look like their days are numbered...

I wonder what size wheel I'd need to keep it less "Cali" on 13.50's. Too wide and I'll look stupid as all hell. I am liking the Toyo RT, but I'll go MT if I really end up wanting it to look badass

The novakanes look cool, but im on my second set. 1st set lasted less than a year and the clear was peeling off. My 2nd set is about a year old and they are starting to look like crap. All the brake dust fallout is starting to mess up the gloss black. They look ok from a distance. I probably wouldnt buy them again. They are not powder coated, they used a automotive paint. IMO they are worse than raw polished wheels as far as up keep.

I got mine coated with opticoat pro by a local detailer and they seem to be holding up great.

I paid a local professional detailer to do it as it looks tricky and time consuming, he also said the grade he uses is better than a consumer can buy as he is a Opticoat certified dealer/installer.

This seems Opti-Coat seems to be a solid product. I just might still do the NOVAKANES and then find a detailer who has experience with this product. Good intel!

Here is my friends truck we put together.... He isn't running the wheels anymore since he broke (2) of them when he pulled his trailer last time...
