So I am looking to install a boost, pyro & then an aeroforce scan gauge. I have a few questions: what are the best spots for the boost gauge to get a proper reading, pyro? Also, how do I install the aeroforce? OBDII? Will it work on my 1995? Thanks
Anywhere on the intake is okay for boost. Most people just T into the MAP line. The pyro you will want to put in an exhaust manifold(most people do drivers side). The Scan Gauge will work if you are setup to be OBDII compatible. If you are not, we can flash your PCM to make it be.
Right on, I am able to hook up a shoddy old scanner from auto zone, so I am assuming I am OBDII compatible. And by 'anywhere on intake' would drilling into the intake elbow be okay? Or too far from turbo? What about the intake manifold? I have heard the map line gives faulty readings sometimes. Would I want to install the pyro after all cylinders or can I install it near the last cylinder? Does it matter? Thanks for the reply!

when you drill and tap coat the drill bit and tap with some grease to help hold the shavings to the bits and not falling into the manifold and going into the turbo. just a quick tip for ya
Any idea on how much that costs? Mine is an e95.
Sent from my Droid RAZR because I told it to...
