I you remove the vacuum pump, and at same time convert to the 99-03 tensioner you can reuse your stock belt. Actually it will be a tad long. I usually space the alternator up about 5/16", that puts the tensioner in middle of its range.
Haven't heard anyone mention, but other good thing about the hydro boost is that the f superduty ran a bigger bore master cylinder than the truck. F superduty is 1 5/16 vs the late style being 1 1/4, early 1 1/8.
Also, a good cooler should be used to help reject heat. The stock return squiggly on engine crossmember doesn't cut it for the oem, much less a hydro boost.
