I kinda figured they were a 62 vgt and 82mm, but wanted to be sure. I'd kinda like to see two 62's into a vgt like Kind said.

11.5 flat at 7200# (regular cab, short bed) requires 776 rwhp. Dynos around here have 19-23% CF generally speaking, so if you were to add 15%, roughly compensating for altitude drop, it would go to 892 rwhp, giving you a 10.98. That's just bench racing, and simple math, so it's far from exact, but should give you a general idea. What's the correction factor most dynos use closer to sea level?

What would something that could do an 11.5 at elevation run at sea level? Rough estimate.

Low 11's to high 10's

Lol. Thanks. I thought it would be more of a difference. I guess though, half a second or so is quite a difference.

I forgot to mention, I have a used set of high-powers and a used set of mpx. So......mp and hpx are not in the equation. Now what is the consensus?

I still want them high powers :toast:.That being said I'd try and max out high powers I'd like to see what they can do maxed out.

The HP's will get it done, even at that elevation. You gotta remember, my CCSB (8400+) did 12.7 on 37's with no special tunes on stock fuel

Well from you last post, I would say HP's. My guess is that the 1050 was done with a healthy shot of juice.

If your intended goal is 11.5 in the 1/4 then high powers it is.
