Powerstrokin15: Gotcha. You got twin pumps too? I've never heard of any truck with a single stock hpfp maintain max desired rail pressure on anything larger than 15% over nozzle, and 2.2+ PW, and those are few, and far between.
To those curious about my power output, my dyno runs last week put it right at 700 /1380 to the ground. A couple runs were a little higher, and a couple a little lower, but that's about average. It's a stock housing test combo running 76 and 59 mm inducers and 110's (50% over). Stock gears, and 38's. The big tires and 3.73's do hurt the dyno numbers, but really don't care for how i use it. It'd probably be 750ish if i went back to smaller tires, but oh, well. No doubt I could make more power fuel only with larger nozzles, but it only cleans up to a haze WOT, and I'm not interested in being "that guy" who blows black everywhere I go, especially as it's my daily driver. Egt's also get up beyond where I like them, so larger turbos are on the list.
