Ok this is already half way done and I’ll post pictures of the engine etc. but the truck is 2008 6.4 powerstroke, lariat, dark blue metallic ccsb with tan leather. It has 211k on it now, I studded it last summer at 195k and went back with brand new heads not remans, with all the good stuff, o dawg intake, studs etc.

The truck still runs great, but I want to sell the engine as a running setup as is, and I have a 2005 cummins I’m dropping in. I already have the engine, it has 60k original miles, but I resealed the engine, d&j head with Hellmann side draft intake, ats ex mani, studs, colt cam etc. I haven’t decided on fuel and turbo setup yet but I am going to make some changes as I’ve changed my mind. Going to take the marine valve cover off and do a cover from d&j similar to the enforcer covers but with my shops name, do a d&j intake and a stainless diesel ex manifold, I’ll be doing a dual cp3 billet cover from d&j as well, probably 2 exergy sportsman pumps but I’ll be talking to lavon at firepunk on injectors and turbo setup. May do a compound setup like his old dpc setup, I think a 64/88 but I’m not sure. Only thing I do know is that it will be using precisions. It has a stock bottom end with a beans girdle for now. Once I get everything in from diesel conversion specialists, the trans, and all the little things I’ll plan on doing the swap in a time of 2 weekends. I’ve done a few of these but this will be my nicest one yet and everything still work 100%. I don’t like a drone so 5 inch with a muffler is what will be under it, and I’ll reinsulate everything and sound deaden everything once the interior goes in

And if I can get loose in a couple weeks I’m going to make a drive and pick up a complete 2015 king ranch Java leather interior front and rear with console etc. It should be a well updated and awesome running setup. O and as far as the trans goes, it’ll have a full billet comp 5R trans with a custom converter and tuning.

Good looking truck, I'm a little disgusted on the engine choice but to each their own. Sounds like it'll be plenty stout.

You should be able to make 1k pretty easily with your proposed setup.
I think I’m going to shoot for 650-700ish and just keep a nice running setup that can tow heavy and daily drive with no issues.

I like where you're going with this but you might ask Lavon about the precision turbo thing. Cummins engines have track records of not liking Precision compressor wheels for some reason. Ask him.

15 years ago, I made 770rwhp with a single pump, 240 Flux's, a Smarty on Beta S/W, Edge EZ, and an ii SB 66/74 on an otherwise stock '03 engine.

If your goal is only 700, I'd never even consider the word "Precision" ...

Yea I def dont need dual pumps and precisions but I like the reliability of the dual pumps, and I don’t know maybe it’s just me but everyone is running borgs and Garrett’s on their Cummins, I want something different that I know is quality and not saying the borgs aren’t, just not my cup of tea. I’ll ask lavon his take as well for fuel and air, I just know I want it to tow heavy and run like a monster with no issues.

Not much to update other than the interior and waiting on some engine parts. I will be running a single exergy 10mm pump for now with 150% exergy sticks, and instead of precisions, im going to hang a GTX4202 on a steed speed with 64.9 mm inducer and 94 mm exducer. As far as the seats go, it’s a full Java king ranch interior including seats, console and door panels out of a 2015 or 16 superduty I picked up from a buddy on here, they litteraly look brand new with zero wear but I did clean and condition them. I do have to get a steering wheel to match though. I have full harnesses so they plug right into my truck harness, all functions work as well as the heat and cool function and the inverter and power outlets in the console. This truck was just a lariat with a fold down console, so this upgrade is HUGE and feels so much better.

Got custom harnesses made for the entire interior. It took about 3 months but well worth it, top notch quality and made from brand new ford harnesses. I have a 3 way switch on both sides of the console to operate the seats ac and heat function, the 12v outlets in the console work and the inverter also works via a switch mounted in the back of the console.

Here’s the switch for the seats. All movements of both seats work as well just like factory. Now to finish the Cummins and get it dropped in with the new suspension.
