I have to move this sensor, Shane said he put his in a 90 so I'm gonna try to find one today.

I have to get some fuel line and fittings to reroute my rear pump feed, its right on the turbo. These things are bigger than they look when you get them on.

Looks good! What sensor is that btw?

I think its a pressure sensor but not sure, it doesn't have a probe or anything sticking out is why I'm guessing pressure

Any one have a pic of what fitting elite uses to go into the oil port to feed the turbos? I made one today by cutting off the factory line right at the o ring fitting that goes into the oil cooler housing and tapping it so a -6 fitting would screw in. I know it will work fine just curious how they do it.

Well she runs boys! I cranked it and let it run for about 10 minutes, sounds good and no leaks. I plan to drive it some tomorrow, I will keep you posted

Thanks guys, Corb just let me know when. I hope to have it rolling good by the weekend. I had to take my boy fishing or I would still be working on it, some things are more important than it right now but very few...LOL

That trans pan looks good on there thanks again Corb!

I drove it about 25 miles yesterday, to begin with I didnt have boost ran to the bov or wg. It would only make about 5psi before the bov was letting off, so I eased it up to town and got some tubing. After plumbing in the bov and wg I drove it around some more and saw 17 psi one time just easing on it.
I put IDP extreme x tune he made for me on yesterday but it feels like its trying to hold 2 gears or something. It won't pull off, feels kinda like its in drive and reverse at the same time. I'm sure its just something simple to fix but I have to wait till they get back in Monday. I also ordered a tune from Gearhead but he told me it would be Monday also before I got it, so in the mean time I'm just easing it around on the IDP x street. I don't want to even try to start adjusting the wg till I get a tune made for the dual pumps on it.
This thing sounds nasty!!!!
I will keep you guys posted on how it does when I get a good tune in it. Also want to thank every one for the help. This was my first actual diesel engine (bottom end) build, I tore down a reman short block, put new rods, pistons, cam, and lifters in so thank God it runs. Thanks to the guys at Elite, Jeremy, Jared@RCD, Mike (bigrpowr), Corb (gave me a sweet trans pan) all you guys who have answered questions, and most of all Shane (white monster). I have never met him but this guy has answered tons of my stupid questions. I'm not counting my chickens before they hatch, and it may or may not make 900 hp but it runs and runs good thats all I can ask for!
Happy Easter!!!

Is your dual fuelers the one with a stock pump or the one with a cp3?

If its with a stock pump you really dont need a custom tune to run it. It does help if the tuner knows what you have but there isn't anything TOO custom about that aspect of things, just watch your rail pressure gettting in and letting out of the throttle and make sure it doesnt hang or spike really high rail pressure and you will be good to go.

Yes I have dual stock pumps. I was under the impression rp would get really high and maybe crack a injector. I have been watching rail pressure, its been good but I have not been over 1/4 throttle.
I may drive it a little harder later today

From my understanding dual stock pumps compensate for each other and split the load basically in half. If the computer asks for 25k rail pressure the pumps make it together I think mainly the custom tuning is more for bigger injectors and driveability with them on the street
