Before this build I ran a srt8 challenger at the track during our Friday Night lights out. Its like pinks but its just pink slips of paper, at the end who ever has the most slips wins. I spanked him, he couldn't believe it. He gave me all his slips and went home...LOL. He was a good sport about it at least.

Same night my brother got a vette on his srw F350 tuned only. When they staged my bro told the guy he should be in the left lane or his truck would smoke the guy out. Guy got a little cocky about it till his buddy told him he had seen the truck run and it smoked bad. The guy got his feelings hurt at the line and never caught up...LOL

I have that sensor go bad after a couple of builds. Working fine then boom, no mas.
May want your child out of the cab if you hunt down the principles Challenger. He may not like getting beat by a truck. LOL

I remember that! Ended up being fun anyway !!

Thanks guys!
I have some things I want to try. I made my up pipes (well they are factory ones with 6.0 flanges welded on. I also used the factory egr pipe to mount my W/G under the truck for easy access.
I have been talking to Shane about bp today he suggested moving my gate back to the up pipe instead of it being on the long pipe under the truck. My bp hits 80/82 overall right now for about 1 second then the gate opens and it stays below 65 overall the rest of the run. In my thinking if I can keep the bp up I will drive the turbos a lot harder, making better power. I am impressed with the truck but it is obvious it has a lot more in it by the way it pulls when the bp is higher. In that video boost hit 48psi for just a sec right before the gate opened.

I plan on new up pipes just didnt want to wait to get her running. I didn't think of that part till I was ready to put it all together and no one had them in stock for 6.0 mani's.

Is this 65 psi absolute back pressure? Including the baro, is what I refer to as absolute. Sounds low. I do agree that if you are using the pipe with the doc in it, then that should be changed.

It sounds to me like you are gating way too early, are you at 40 psi of boost when the gate opens?

Yes thats absolute bp, gate is opening now at about 48 psi boost 80ish absolute bp. If it gets much faster I'm gonna stay in trouble...LOL

The bp is only touching 80 fro a split sec, probably from being on that long pipe. I'm changing a oil cooler on a 6.0 now. when I get done I will reroute my w/g and get back with results. Sorry for all the edits, trying to do lots at once.

Perfect don't worry about the little spikes too much chances are that's the vgt not catching up fast enough when it comes on boost. I would crank the gate shut a little more

Just blink your eye when it spikes and it is cured. LOL :whs:
Crank it down a little and see if that spike is just a spike or if it holds there.
