Not available at this time. I believe user software is in the works for the intermediate future.

No, it is a compilation of several different softwares and in-house applications.

What I was looking for is really if the tunes were on the EZ Lynk were so much superior that it's worth switching platforms.

Tunes I'll be the same, it's just an easier platform to use from what I've seen. It's use of an App for the control is just light years ahead of anything else in terms of user friendliness. Again this is just what I've seen, I'm still using nGauge/SCTx4 platforms.
