No crank after new motor

Just finished install of swap. Turn key to ignition and vac pump comes on. Gauges are good but when I go to turn it over there's nothing. I have checked all wiring and everything is connected. Reloaded the tune and I'm stumped now.

Make sure all the grounds are good

Use the starter relay wire located near the passenger side battery. Single wire round connector. Jump that to positive terminal and see if the engine cranks.

Maybe I'm missing a ground but there's one on passenger side of the block and one on the IM. Correct me if I'm wrong

There are three grounds also one by pcm plug, one on left firewall behind battery, and one under truck to frame on passenger side.
