Alright I have a 94.5 F250 that has some serious glow plug issues. First off I have 8 new ZD-11 plugs in it with a stancor relay. My issue isnt the glow plugs them selves but the control of them. I cant get the relay to turn on without having a manual switch for the ground out off the relay. Yes it works but it drives me nuts. I have 12v into the relay from

I have been referencing these two diagrams to figure it out

Here is where it gets tricky. I know I have a good engine oil temp reading as its a new sensor. I have also replaced the BARO with a known good one (still unclear as to what the readings should be on that but came from a working truck). I have continuity through the grounding wire from the relay to pin 101 on the computer. Even tried a new wire with no luck. I have tried 3 different computers with no luck either. I am to the point that I wonder if its just never going to work.

Anyone have any input on this at all????

I have seen a truck where the PCM was fubar and would never supply the ground that activated the relay. Verify that you do have power on one of the small wires for one and second see if the PCM does supply a ground on the other wire.

I got this solved. But you are correct a bad PCM was one of my issues. Along with a wire that would show continuity but was broken enough to not form a decent connection. Also my weather pack connector was bad
