In the back of my head I keep wondering if the ,
Ar on the turbo never got switched as the stock ar is 1.25. Anyway of checking this?

Should have the ar casted into the housing.

not a damn chance it would make power on axxelerated's dyno. Last weekend travis couldn't spool his 472 on there and I can never light my 72 on that dyno. Would just be a waste of money and a smoke show lol

My 1.10 would NEVER spool at the line. You could easily sit there for 2 minutes trying to build more than 5 psi

1.25 wouldn't build boost on the street. Sounds like you have a .98 housing. Low boost fueling is tricky with a big single. You need more fuel to help spool it, but not too much or you'll be dumping smoke. I'd like to see an 80mm with 60 over nozzles. I think that would be a good match.

Took a few driving videos to see what you guys think. This was on IDP's custom tune. It actually didn't run too bad on it, but I just feel like the boost is coming on way too late compared to the other single turbo setups. I still have this weird feeling that I may have the wrong AR. For a .9 I would think it would build boost sooner correct? I can't really make out the casting markings on the exhaust housing so once I get some free time I'll probably pull the cover to get a better look and see if I can find what AR is stamped on it.

This was in drive/tow haul 3rd gear. As soon as it hit 4th you can hear the turbo completely fall out of boost and lag.

It gets kinda smokey without tow haul at times as tow haul holds out the shifts a little more. I know our setups are two different animals by you're already building 10psi or so of boost around 2200. I'm on a fine line for fueling. If I have the tuners drop the fuel it's doesn't want to drive the turbo but if I have more fuel it turns into a smokey street pig.

Yeah I think eric has my trck tuned perfect. Neither of the videos I posted had a hint of smoke. I just ran mine in tow/haul and I don't like it at all! Lol the converter not locking def helps with spool up.
