Yea wifey tells me that every day. I tossed the idea of selling my mustangs, buying a 6.0 tow pig, and making my 6.4 a comp truck at her. Needless to say i think I found the line lol
Really i would love to do them but tearing into the rotating assembly and adding coates pistons cant be budgeted into this build. I just cant wait to tear into it. It'll be a small monster for sure. Lol its crazy how this build changed. It was originally just going to be tow powers, a little fuel, and studs.
why?? its totally possible to have a very logical truck, with lots of self control, and still have a real fun truck when its all said and done.
The heads arent coming off though. I think if i were pulling pistons I'd be tempted to go with new for piece of mind unless empire was 100% sure they'd be fine. Either way having a dd that can be a decent xonp truck on the weekend is what I'm after. I think going the single route is what ive been wanting to try as well.
So what's everyone doing for a fuel system? I'm thinking ADII with a mpd fuel cooler delete to an elite upgrade/bowl delete. Any objections? Is it really necessary to run a regulated return?
scary I know, but I honestly don't think I'll be able to factor it in unless something changes.
Looking at your build list, you should've been able to afford pistons just in case instead of some other items that could've been added later.
