Just wondering what you guys with leveling kits are running and which one seems to be the best bang for the buck. I'm looking at getting a 2.5" for the front and putting a 5" block in the rear. Any suggestions on where to order it from also would be great. Thanks guys..................

Icon 2.5 spring and a PMF rear block with bilstein or Icon shocks. I regret not going that route and cheaping out, allthough I do have PMF blocks

Their blocks are super nice! I went with a 4", the construction and welds look great, and it has plates welded with holes drilled for the U-bolts to go through. They also have four hole selections for axel placement, which came in handy with centering the axel back up.

Why wouldn't you just have Trevor make you traction blocks?

Every modified superduty in my family has Icon leveling kit with OUO traction blocks. You will NOT find a better combination for a leveled truck, guaranteed

Icon or PMF for the leveling kit. OUO also makes killer traction bar/block set ups.

I regret not going icon/pmf on my suspension. I have pmfs 3-link and the design and craftsmanship is great. I'm looking to swap over once I get some more cash.

I have a 2.5" newton kit with his 5" blocks on the truck for 2 years now with stock shocks with absolutely no problems and rides just like stock. Plan on getting some shocks in the near future because the truck has 110k on the clock

Pm me if I can get you info or prices.

I really liked the Icon level kit on my 08', I think it rode better than stock.

this is also not a shot, jared, but if you compare your prices on....anything, you'll see he's not cheap, your just that expensive.

as for the 4-link, i always thought that putting a 4 link on a truck designed for a 3 link/radius arm, was not a good idea, as geometry came into play.

four links conversions better be made pretty damn well. personally i would not put one on my truck. stick with the factory 3 link/ radius arm style set up its much more stable.

Suspension/Transmission:

The second truck to benefit from some changes was a standard cab '08 F-250 we've been playing with. With the addition of a 4-link front suspension, Ultimate torque converter, and 300M input shaft from River City Diesel, the 6.4L picked up three tenths in the eighth-mile, going from 7.80's on nitrous to 7.50's on nitrous at roughly 91 mph.
