Has anyone ever cracked a coated hd piston yet?

This is the best I could do. 6000 km's. But in reality it was caused by bad casting rather then stress.

Stock pistons. Put 30k miles on them with intake tune exhaust. Switch to a single 75 & 80 mm turbo for 15k miles. At least 15 passes on it as well as a DD. then I DD it with the quad setup for 5k miles, zero issues whatsoever

There is a guy on the .org that just cracked one and cut a piston in half to find a factory flaw. I don't want to post a link to the thread though without a mods permission.
So for someone looking at buying a 6.4 ... this thread...is it something to cause pause...or not? Seems like a lot of cracked pistons out there for tuner only trucks.
Is this a deal where it's a 7.3 pmr rods, 6.0 heads, 6.4 pistons...6.7 ?
Serious question. Say a 6.4...deleted, tuner only...otherwise stock...are cracked pistons a inevitable reality with the 6.4
