Did you find some 6.0 gaskets or use factory 6.4 on the manifolds?

The gaskets are the same for 6.0 and 6.4 exhaust manifolds

6.0 Header parts list

16- 3c3z*9s425*AA manifold bolts
02- 6C3Z*9448*A 6.0 manifold gaskets
04- W300013 uppipe bolts (i forgot nuts) non shouldered ( i didnt use these ones but your manifolds might require them i dont know)
04- W302352 uppipe bolts shouldered <<< bolts i ended up using
16- 3C3Z*9A461*AA Spacers for manifold bolts
02- 8C3Z*6N640*A uppipe gaskets @ turbo
04- w302494 nut - these are the nuts from a 6.4 up pipe to manifold as the 6.0 ones are insane,y expensive for the same thing.
You'll need manifolds, and uppipes to adapt, elite offers some

This came from the 6.4 tech performance section. Dustin put it up. I checked the numbers with my receipts

I edited it and added the nuts. Will make sure you don't buy the nuts from the 6.0 as they are insane expensive. Think they are $15ea which is too much.

There is really not much a guy can port now that I look at them. A few cast markings and some rough spots. I will post some pic's of before and after in the next week I hope. With a real camera this pic looks like crap after I posted it. Going to Phoenix to my truck tomorrow.
