Supposed I wasn't fond of the EGR valve and it's associated coolers. What's out there to help me "relocate" these parts. When does a wastegate become a good idea? I'm going to be running 5" straight exhaust with a 4" down pipe, intake kit, and Eric's tunes via an off road livewire. Pretty sure I'm going to add a 71mm LP turbo when the cab is off for studs and o-rings this spring. Some pictures would help me see stuff better too. Thanks.

Elite has a super simple egr delete kit, along with the 71 you're looking for as well. I'd give them a call and get all your stuff together :D

Look up no limit also. He makes some nice parts also. All the EGR delete kits will be pretty close to the same. Just pick he company that gives you that warm and fuzzy feeling.

This is an older post. Went with NoLimit cold side pipe and EGR delete. The EGR cooler delete stuff I think is coming from Elite. 5" MBRP exhaust and 4" down pipe. Got it all from Paul at Complete Performance.

All i can say is do it! I just didmy EGR delete this morning started at 8:00 and a cpl minor breaks topped off the coolant and slapped the fender on at 3:30. I did my ThermostTs once i was in there (main reason i went ahead and did the delete. Worth it a hundred percent! Intake elbow next week! Just be ready to swear a little and some scuffed up knuckles! Best mod i have done yet!

Better off supporting one of the fine sponsors on this site. Can't get that kind of customer service on eBay. It'll be worth it.

I just like the cleaner look of the no limits stuff. But i'm an avid ebay shopper myself. I'll wait and see if i can get a better deal if i buy an innercooler as well. Sometimes all it takes is a call and good conversation with good people. Worth a little extra money to me.

Two big things to keep in mind when considering flo-pro vs No Limit on the intercooler piping is that No Limit piping is compatible with our twin pump kits, and not much else is. the other thing is the manifold inlet angle. There's serious turbulence for the air to make the angle to supply the rt bank, and a couple big power trucks have cracked rt side pistons due to heat caused by lack of air on that side only. We've never seen that problem with No Limit stuff where it enters the intake at the straightest angle possible. A penny saved now is sometimes a penny earned, but other times, it's a couple thousand dollars lost in repairs.
