Tranny problems, fuel problems or normal?

First off im running idp tunes.......Okay truck runs and drives great from a dig or from a 3rd gear wot lockup and from a 4th gear lockup pull. But when im in drive rolling in 3rd and give it 50% throttle or so it upshifts and i assume tries to lockup 4th. But it jerks and stutters terribly. I monitored the most recent time it did it. The whole time it did it my rail pressure dropped. But when it finally caught5th lockup it runs fine. Lockup works fine in 6th and 5th.....Could it be a tranny problen? (Torque comverter or solenoid)? Maybe a flaw in the tuning? i dont see it being a fuel problem, i have an air dog and dont dump rail pressure at all. Input is definitely needed!

Does it happen on all of IDP's tunes? I've had similar issues with their tunes. I run GH now.....

It only does it on race and x tunes on my truck. It's gotta be tuning. I just bought one GH tune to see if it quit and I haven't got around to getting my idp tunes fixed.
