44' Enclosed Gooseneck Car Hauler

This is what I tow for our company. We haul exotic/antique/classic cars and motorcycles. Trailer weighs 16-20K lbs depending on what cars are inside.

Here's a boat we hauled for a great regular customer with our new Dodge. I know, I know it's a Dodge. But if the new Fords didn't cost almost as much as our house and I could get a 6 speed standard it would be a new Ford in the picture.

I figured you would be using a bit more truck to haul that much weight! What's your secret? There are folks round here that are getting ticketed for much smaller trailers.

Oh and I would love to have a job like that...some of those cars and that boat are sweeeet!

That's why I moved up to a dually. We use a Dodge 3500 DRW. I know, I know it's a Dodge. If the new Fords didn't cost almost as much as our house and we could get a manual transmission in them we would still be using a Ford. The only reason we moved up to a DRW is we didn't want to find out what it was going to be like when a drive tire blows hauling 20K LBS at 60+ MPH. The 2007 F-350 pictured pulled the trailer great, only thing I added was Firestone Airbags and my SCT tuner with Gearhead Automotive's tunes. The 6.0 had plenty of power to pull some good hills.
