After clay bar work you have to wax with a good quality wax. Your removing the wax with the clay bar so...

Yep. I actually buffed and waxed it afterwards. My buddy is the painter at his father-in-law's body shop, so I get my supplies through him :D

Parked it in my work place shop to keep it out the weather for the week, then fired up the old 6.0 work truck.

-Clay Bared
-Polished with Poor boy's SSR 2.5
-Glaze with Poor Boy's White Diamond
-Sealed with Poor boys Liquid Natty's Blue

This is how bad the truck was, the left is power washed and the right is washed by hand to get all the scum off

Looks good Matt! Next time though, apply the sealant first. Most sealants need to bond directly with the paint. May not last as long since you put it over the glaze

Thanks man. It should be fine, the bottle even said to put wax over it for a longer shine. I know the wax wont be as long, but now that the truck has a good base I can just put another coat on in a little while as it get a little worn then it has more to grab on to

The ones daystar makes, so you only have the frame mount actually holding the bag and it sits in this bucket that you mount and allows for it to not get stretched out as your driving and allows the rest suspension to move as it should

About 3 weeks ago I finally ordered and installed the H&H with 5" exhaust. I only have the 250 tune downloaded and set on street, but it's still enough power to play with.

It took me a full two days to do all of that. Shouldn't take as long anymore. There is just so much surface area to them it takes quite a whole just to give it a good hand wash and dry and shine up all the plastic and clean windows.

Changed the oil, washed and spray waxed it and loaded the trailer and the Harley's for my vacation. 4 more hours of work and I am heading out.

I made it do a burn out and run wide open almost the whole way to work this morning. 30 miles no warm up time. Soon as it fired i was in gear and out the drive way. I was almost late. Left at 530 had to be there by 6. Clocked in at 59.

sent while hittin' easy street on mud tires
