what min/max rpm on the dyno?

What should I tell the dyno operator I want for start and stop Rpms on the dyno? 2015 turbo with gearhead tuning.

Doesn't look like its losing much power to me. Turbo will dictate , and vgt usually don't have a lot left in them at 3500 , at least ones with small turbine and no wastegate.

A 15 pump.
Morgan told me a 15 pump was good for 600 if you had the air to match it.

You do realize it's just a dyno right? It could have "made" 540 just as easily, operator dependant. In reality the end result is that the truck is dead nuts reliable and makes plenty of power to do what it HAS to and still have a hair of fun from time to time.

What is it going to take to break 500hp with these trucks? Looks like it's taking a lot more then I had expected.

We've had many trucks make over 500. Stock 15 turbo is about tapped at the 525 mark realistically. Upgrading the turbo to a modded 15 charger makes a very big difference. 15 pump is needed. Although I have had some make low to mid 500's with our modded chargers and 11-14 pumps. The compressor is very lacking in the stock cast form. The turbine is good until going past the fuel a 15 pump s capable of. Of all the 2015 turbo variations I've ran the 64mm is still by far my favorite and the best selling. My new dually will be getting a 64 for towing purposes. Along with trying another new design or two before that.
