I think the point of them using the s480 was to have 2 great turbos and be affordable. And if its coming from WOP i wouldnt doubt its a great setup. Just a thought.

i understand that i was just stating if a guy had a little extra money and time Zane could get a more dialed in turbo that would work perfect with the single they have. never said the s480 wouldnt work just throwin out a better option is all

I think Eric will be more than happy with the s480, there's a ton of options to upgrade as well, billet wheels, bigger wheels, etc. Would a Pius turbo be better? Probably, but the s480 is no slouch.

Yeah i gotcha, just didnt know if you were gonna try the single first then move to compounds a little later on. Do you plan on doing your future fuel system mods yourself?

I plan to just see what it will do stock fuel only and then upgrade the fuel. I'll be running the single as soon as I get my hands on it and then trying to fab up the S480 to work as a LP turbo afterwards. Me an a few friends will be doing all the work.

Eric told me the guys at WOP thought the s480 would be a great low pressure turbo to run with their single.

Yeah Jacob said the S480 is a pretty universal turbo for compounds, I think it will be fine. Not to big not to small. Obviously Pius could come up with a better otion but it sounded like there more concerned with getting the single kits off the ground first before moving into a compound upgrade.

I would have waited but I came across Matt's S480 for a price I couldnt turn down.

I was in College Station a couple of years ago to see Fresno State play you guys in football. How do you get used to that humidity?? It almost killed me. 95 degrees and 90% humidity that day.

Ha it's been 90+ humidity and 102-105* here all week. I guess we're just used to it having lived here so long. Though I can't take the cold for very long at all.

  I am not a fan of the cold, but humidity I can't take. Glad we have dry heat here. Nutty here, rain and mid 70's.

Supposed to be 103* here today and a slight chance or rain, kinda glad I'm off today. I was in 101* weather on Friday in this one three story house we were installing a back up gen on. On the third floor it was 101* inside the house, 140* in the attic and 97* on the second floor and 127* on the second floor attic. It was brutal, went through a case of water that day. But I still find it easier to work in the heat than in the cold.

That was the one thing I hated about my second deployment where we spent 3 months in Dubai during the end of summer, where it was 115+ with 85%+ humidity. we were getting the ship back together and a lot of the ships parts were in con-ex boxes where inside was almost 150. you go in there and come out soaking wet just in a matter of minutes. We called it the 5th dimension.
