Shifting from 3rd to 4th tonight I felt a bang and have no clutch. I can put it into any gear without pushing the clutch. Sounds like I broke the hub or the center of the clutch.

The truck had a slight shake as I heard the pop. Hope its not the shaft.

Couldn't have been, that wouldn't explain how he could put the tranny in any gear without the clutch.

Which valair did you get, and post up what you think of it when its up and running.

From what I gathered it was a stock clutch. :shrug:

Could be wrong though.

It was an aftermarket clutch but not a Valair. I went with the Organic HD Single.

I just put a valair in my truck, It's noisy as hell. But shifts so much better then the other two Ive had. The noise kinda scared me when I first started the truck, It's sounds like a damn Mack at idle now.
