Its a Fuelab pump. Its a nice little setup for what I am doing with it - but there are a few things I would change for the next go around. I really need to make a couple of custom filter bases to set it up the way I want it. I have a great source for Baldwin filters but for some reason the water separator didn't like the base.... it should be a direct cross.... good thing I had a few Fleetguards on the shelf too. LOL

are the bases by chance the wix 24770, and the baldwin the bf1259?

***! by chance just the one filter? or have you tried more than one?

I have tried three different ones..... two are brand new and one was a used unit. I'm going to revisit it when I get a moment to figure out what is happening.... not sure if its the filter or the bases.

My intent is to machine a new pair of bases that incorporate some other features such as built in pressure regulation and air removal for the next fuel setup that I am building for the 7.3 sitting in my shop.

That sounds pretty awesome if it all works out.

Lots of little details to button up - but it moves under its own power.

I've got a couple of leaking injector o-rings... install the stack, finish some wiring, build the actual fuel pump mounting plate and align the front end - and its road trip time. :D

Wont the stack get loud towing?

Very nice build bud! Just noticed a few times through the thread, I couldn't see all the pics or YouTube vids. Anyhow... Subscribed!

Thanks.

The pics got all screwed up with Webshots changing their servers - I've switched things around to Photobucket and just need to update some of the thread. Not sure about the youtube videos.... I guess I'll need to go looking for broken links. lol
