    Mine broke in the exact same spot as yours about a month ago. I have had mine on since February of 09 with approx 90k miles on it. Not sure what the true life expectancy on these is but when in my mind when you purchase a stainless system it should last longer than 3.5 years.

    37s on a leveling kit?

    I have 37" Nitto trail grapplers on 20x10 with a -24 offset. It rubs but I trimmed the inner fender and got a adjustable track bar to center up the axle and it isn't that bad. I don't think it will ever hit the actual metal fender even if i stuff it to the bump stops.

    BFG tread wear??

    My friend had some on his 07 and they did not last very long. 26K I think is what he got out of them but I don't know if he ever rotated them or any of that good stuff. He had a stock 6.0 so he never put any serious burn out abuse on them.
