Morgan did 700+ with dual pumps and nozzles, Not sure where you would land with a sinlge modded pump and the 6670R, I would assume in the 650 range.

I have ran 230/200's w/ 1.00 housing and have seen 55psi. Runs well. Now running 350/200's and make about 60psi w/ 1.10 housing.

Just the ones with larger turbines. He has is own stock modded ones. Street max, tow max, etc. I do the large 66/70.5 and 68/70.5

That's odd. You try shimming the carrier more to the passenger side at all? Not 100% sure but is there a think and thin ring gear option for that rear/carrier?
