    Sounds like its rev slamming. Mine does the same thing, whether its with my spartan, or the H&S i borrowed for 2 months.

    I run spartan tunes with my HTT upgraded turbos and think it runs way better than H&S tunes. But I know with MCC it would run even better, especially with mikes tunes

    I would just double up on the howes. PS is garbage guys I work with had bottles of PS freeze, while working here in ND. Could have just got a bad batch of blended fuel too

    WHS. your feeling the axle wrap. I would update your tunes anyways because like stated above the shifts are smoothed out a little but still firm.

    I get 14-16 highway and 14 in town. 12 is my worst. 12 was the highest I've ever got DPF on. Before I put my wheels on I could get 17-18 highway. All hand calculated.

    Shouldn't need a fuel cooler. Don't worry about the cracked block with studs it's mostly happened when the heads come off a second time and the studs are re-torqued.

    How many miles on your 6.4?

    162K deleted since 15k running spartan 275 tune and occasionally 310 tune. Put a trans in. Did studs at 115k, had a lifter go bad at 130k (took out my cam). Multiple cracked up pipes. New HTT tow power turbos at 155k. Been a good oilfield work truck so far

    tow powers are pretty much stock housings with bigger wheels. elite's bigger turbos replace the low pressure turbo with a precision turbo.
