    Terrible shake/shudder when coverter locks

You more than likely have an injector issue, get a scan tool on it that can run a power balance

    Terrible shake/shudder when coverter locks

Sounds like stiction to me, torque converters will just slip when they are on the way out

    Non Vgt question

Make sure you get divided up pipes and housing, will help it spool quicker. I've never ran that turbo but I would go with a .91 t4

Feedback on running bigger conventional injectors

Convintional is about 225, hybrid 7mm is around 285, and hybrid 8mm is about 330. You also have to factor in nozzle size, bigger the nozzle the more oil hungery they will be.

Feedback on running bigger conventional injectors

There is no reason to do a hybrid that small, I just wanted to point out that hybrids don't have to be big cc. It is true that it will use less oil LOL

Feedback on running bigger conventional injectors

Never had it on a dyno and couldn't spool the turbo with a 1800 stall converter. I'm switching over to compounds so I should have a good idea when I run next year.

Feedback on running bigger conventional injectors

I know of at least one other that ran 285s and had the same issue I did. With hybrids you can actually go as small as 190cc. Most hybrids you typically see are really big because they can push a lot of fuel. Honestly I never thought I would go to hybrids because of the injection pressure loss...

Feedback on running bigger conventional injectors

I currently run 430/150s on my dd, mine only has a haze until it warms up. Your issue with trying to stay with conventional injectors is that you will break the intensifier springs easily. I ran 285/100 conventional's for about 6 months before I broke the springs in every injector on a full fuel...

Full Force 160/stock AA injectors and new HPOP

Selling these injectors for my buddy, these were new in May and installed sortly after. Premium rebuilds with about 15 miles on them, truck ended up having bad rings and didn't want to invest the money to fix it. HPOP is a rebuilt Bosch 15 degree pump with same amount of miles. Sell as a package...

Best Non vgt turbo for 285/150 hybrids?

430/150s are way to big to get cleaned by my charger on full fuel, have them tuned down to push around 300cc of fuel now. 285s are a good match with the s475 and should clean up well

I use to run 285/100s and it cleaned them up to a medium haze

    S366 egts??

    I'd use the .91 divided t4 housing

    S366 egts??

Trust me you don't need/want 100% nozzles on 190s, a 75% nozzle can dump roughly 240cc. If you want to tow I'd look at 50% or even 30%

    What turbine housing?

    s366 or s475

S366 gets my vote, I'd also look into the s364.5 FMW
