Long story short I'm an idiot.. ill give details later tonight

So the problem was my frp sensor, and like an idiot i tore my pump apart.. looked good and put it back in, still read zero, then I replaced my sensor and started this thread, well today i took my hpfp.. and like a master mechanic I didnt get a set of bolts tight..tightend them up and boom... good to go...

You didn't tighten the hpfp bolts?
