get rid of that egr cooler as soon as you can. a bad cooler can cause the unison ring to hang up and not work proper. but you also need to check coolant to oil temp make sure the oil is not getting hotter than the coolant 20*or more. and matt can get you fixed up with a egr tune

Replaced the ebp sensor last weekend after little brother broke it taking it out LOL. I need to investigate a little deeper into my charger and egr and see what I come up with.

Valuable tidbit of info, I didn't realize the egr would mess with the charger that much. Just waiting to file my taxes and a delete kit and some 420s are on te way.
