Without a doubt put on new IPR O-rings if you have the IPR out.

the only thing that i would say is theres the bolt and a big washer that you take out through that front cover. . just be careful not to drop it or ull have to do some serious fishing. also on the adrenaline instructions it says to pull the top off the resivior, i left mine on i didnt see the need to pull it.

Good luck man. If you get tied up in the job, give me a call and I'll help out if I can.

Be careful tightening and removing those bolts. They strip easily.

DP-tuner and few other companies have a nice cover the gear bolt so you do not have to clean off silicon in the pain the butt spot again.

Is there a list of all the stuff I need to buy anywhere?

Do I need to remove the hpo lines also?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm new to working on diesel trucks.

The pump is used. Has no new Gaskets or Orings being sent with it, that I know of...

Definitely need to remove lines from the pump. You don't have to remove them from the heads, but it's easier if you do to get them out of the way.

You will for sure need the HPOP gasket, IPR 0-rings, grey International or Ford rtv for the gear bolt cover, and for the filter housing I couldn't tell you as I have a RR and I'm getting ready to toss the filter housing anyway.

I would do new IPR orings, and a new gasket for the pump just to be safe. You will have to remove the lines. If you are ordering parts online I can look up the part numbers for the above.
