You got it, I'll throw you the keys if your at Ennis again.

2200-2300 stall should spool up that big boy just fine. Just get ready for some serious power when that charger comes to life.

Already planning on having here out to some of the events this year. I'm actually off for Rudy's fall jam so I think the lady and I will go down for the weekend. Colton who did your tuning? Sounds like it lit pretty well

Fall brawl? Usually fall events are hit or miss for me. Archery season is in. Lol I'm giving up the first day of inline to go to Rudy's.

I'm interested for sure. I emailed PRP to see if they were doing another diesel day. As of now they don't have one scheduled however they are looking into doing a monthly diesel only day!

Drives surprisingly well for how big of a turbo it is, thats when its not blowing boots or destroying trans parts. I dyno'd it at diesel worlds just to see how bad the trans was, made high 500s in 3rd gear. had no 4th,5th, or lockup while on the dyne. tranny just wouldnt do it. realistically its a pretty big turbo to be on a truck thats driven on the street everyday. it will have lag, and it will be a bit smokey on the street, even with matts tunes. And it will put your tranny to the test when you bury the skinny pedal. My GTX spools just like my 66 did on stock fuel with the higher stall converter. Not sure what yours will be like sense its a journal bearing bw if i remember correctly. When you get it running, grip the steering wheel hard, because the azz end will be doing some walking.

Sounds almost identical to mine, except I am going a billet 72 with race cover to try and help DD the truck, and Im going to run RCD cp3 kit.

Yes, I have talked to eric about it. he told me not to spray on that turbo. but for street/track ect will be a decent setup.

I'd be afraid of egt's getting pretty wild. Gonna have to pull back some fuel I'd think.

:poke: when are you starting this build?

April 26th is the unofficial start date. The weather should be nice enough to have the mustang out and not worry about snow so the truck can be down. Still waiting for my fuel block to come in and 0.9 AR housings to be instock so my turbo can be built.
