Make sure it's seated all the way on the exh housing or see the spot where it's hitting and dent the fire wall or the down pipe in where it's hitting

Gotcha. It's seated all the way on the turbo. The way it's bent is slightly hitting the firewall. Guess it's time to break out the ball peen hammer lol

You can knock some of the body seam off with a grinder and primer up nice and pretty. Also take a look at a stud, that for instance on mine was rubbing the passenger side uppipe under heavy throttle. You can take a tiny Tim hacksaw, knock that off.

well i have cleared up the downpipe issue, was rubbing in a few places, now all is good. still noisy as a mofo in the cab but its all good. a muffler is on the to do list.

i have also finally broke down and bought a no limit setup, fit and finish is amazing with that intake. cant wait to see what kind of gains i get, along with that i did my own CCV re-route. no big deal and took 5 mins lol now all i need is a nice CAC pipe and intake elbow setup. waiting for a deal to pop up and get that sometime soon!

It's a pretty clean setup. What size hose did you use on the CCV? Looks kinda small in the pic.

Personally, I would swap that to 1". That may lead to a build up in CC pressure and is such a cheap fix.

i havent posted any updates here in awhile! figured id keep yall informed.

i took the truck to the track and ran a best of 7.9 @85 so far. thats stock fuel and stock trans. i absolutely love the single turbo setup! runs and drives great, its all in the tuning!

but my future plans include, a built trans with DPC 2,200 stall. air dog, ported intake, springs, pushrods, studs, dual fuelers, 60% over nozzles, and a billet s474 turbo. most of which is already bought and on its way to my house. so it'll get a little more power to start off the new year on the right foot!
